Partner with a GROW Educare Centre for deep impactWe empower qualified, passionate women to own and run successful high quality ECD centres in low-income communities through our proven social franchise model.

Together we can create high quality ECD opportunities for children in low income communities while equipping women to run professional sustainable businesess.

We provide a simple, proven solution for Funders who are serious about changing the education system.

Whether you’re a company, foundation or individual, you have the power to address inequality, poverty and poor education when you adopt a GROW Educare Centre.

Perpetuating poverty and inequality:
Poor quality early learning opportunities are a life sentence for children

Most ECD Centres in developing communities don't have proper equipment, facilities, resources, skills and training, structured ECD programmes and teachers. They need a partner that won’t just fix one aspect of their school; they need a partner that’s willing to walk alongside them all the way, equipping and supporting them to achieve success in all aspects of education and business sustainability.

How does adopting an ECD centre work?

We use social-franchising to establish excellent, high quality and affordable Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres in disadvantaged communities. Franchising is a proven model that works, reduces risks and reduces costs of scaling. We provide franchisees (the independent ECD owner) with the complete recipe for success. Every aspect that is required to run a professional centre is provided in our toolkit: from infrastructure upgrades to achieve government compliance,  teacher training and ongoing mentoring, equipment and educational resources, to business training, mentoring and a support network.

How to adopt an ECD centre

We work with the ECD centres directly, managing the selection, partnership and deliverables, and reducing your direct exposure and risk. Your organisation can get involved through site visits, volunteer opportunities and centre incentives if you wish. You may also choose to nominate a specific centre, or to remain anonymous.
